Meet the Orientation Staff

Our student orientation staff members are excited to welcome to you to campus! The students highlighted below are part of our New Student Orientation (NSO) team. Every new student, whether they participate in NSO in person or virtually, is assigned an Orientation Leader who will guide them through orientation and provide support throughout the summer.

Where have you found community and/or support at Wentworth?

I have found community at Wentworth in not only clubs but also getting to know the staff in all the departments as well as my professors.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

The Quad is my favorite spot especially in the summer semester!

What is your favorite part about orientation?

My favorite part about orientation is creating a mini family with the students and staff and getting to meet new people!

Share one fun fact about yourself or your favorite hobby:

I am originally from Albania which is a small country in Europe and I speak Albanian!

A piece of advice I have for new students is:

Make the most out of every opportunity offered as you never know where it could lead to in the next 4 years.

My favorite spot is either Beatty or the Quad!

What is your favorite part about orientation?

My favorite part about orientation is being able to help new students meet other people in the same spot as they are in.

Share one fun fact about yourself or your favorite hobby:

I don't like chocolate.

A piece of advice I have for new students is:

Get involved and enjoy college, best four years of your life.

Where have you found community and/or support at Wentworth?

I have found community at Wentworth through the various clubs I am involved and with the international student community at Wentworth.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

My favorite spot on campus is by far the Library (mezzanine area). FYI: it has lots of comfy seats!

What is your favorite part about orientation?

Best part of orientation is that you get to meet a lot of people that you then call friends.

Share one fun fact about yourself or your favorite hobby:

My favorite hobby is baking!

A piece of advice I have for new students is:

Get involved! That’s the best way to meet new people and feel part of the community.

I've found lots of support from the students within my major and my neighbors in the dorm halls regardless of whether we are close or not. I've also gotten support from the Center of Wellness and my Advisor.

I love to play volleyball and do fun little crafts of all sorts!

My community would be my fellow classmates in my Architecture studio. we spend a lot of time together working on our projects.

I really love the library space. It's a great and calm environment to be in.

My favorite hobby would b music. Playing the piano or guitar always helps me get through stressful times.

Through the friends I made during my freshman orientation! We've grown to be incredibly close and I've met other awesome people through them!

My favorite spot is definitely my studio space. I have my own spot to do my work and decorate it however I want.

I am technically allergic to apples, but I eat them anyways!
